Both Lander & Rogers’ Melbourne fitout and Olderfleet are finalists for the best Workplace Project at the Property Council’s Excellence and Innovation Awards.

Seeing the workplace as more than a place for work, each workplace offers an array of tailored spaces and facilities for socialising, collaboration and wellness.

The fitout for Lander & Rogers combines socially activated spaces for connection and collaboration, with quiet work settings for privacy and focus, in a dynamic space befitting of a contemporary law firm looking to the future.

Olderfleet, located at 477 Collins Street, Melbourne, was the first building in Australia to achieve a Platinum WELL pre-certification for the base building, due to its incorporation of numerous health and wellbeing initiatives. Since completion in 2021, the workplace has achieved market-leading occupancy rates and multiple award wins for its design.

The award category recognises new or refreshed workplaces with a minimum net lettable area of 2,000 square metres. Eligibility requires workplaces that have been completed in the previous five years and have been operating for at least one year, ensuring the finalists reflect not only current projects, but ones with a degree of working experience.

The winners will be announced at the gala dinner in Sydney on 2 September, 2022.
