The brief for The Granton was to design the next generation of premium one, two- and three-bedroom apartments in a boutique development catered specifically to the needs of an active 60+ demographic.

With careful consideration given to the lifestyle requirements of this age group, Carr has developed community areas for residents and their guests. More akin to a 5-star boutique hotel lobby, these spaces act as a valuable extension of the home and provide support and social spaces that are easily accessed by residents.

Our vision for The Granton is to provide an environment that will complement and enhance the needs and lifestyles of residents both now and in the future. The Granton is set apart by its boutique apartment living with unrivalled access to support spaces that can adapt over time to the changing needs and demands of the residents.
