Come inside the AIA award-winning Olderfleet for Open House Melbourne on Saturday 24 July.

Guided tours will reveal the design approach for Olderfleet’s renowned spaces and allow access to Deloitte and Work Club tenancies not normally open to the public.

In addition, a panel discussion will explore how the design of Olderfleet is shaping workplace engagement and, in turn, our future cities. Hear from Mirvac, Grimshaw, Deloitte, Work Club Global and ourselves on this people-focused approach.

Our project team will be represented by Associate Director Rebecca Trenorden and Senior Interior Designer An Bui, who will be part of the panel discussion and guided building tours.

With its 40-storey commercial tower respectfully integrated with three of Melbourne’s significant heritage buildings, Olderfleet is a landmark future-focussed workplace within the heart of the city. Along a stretch of Collins Street that presents some of Melbourne’s finest examples of Victorian architecture, Olderfleet connects workers with the opulence and grandeur of ‘Marvellous Melbourne’ while providing a contemporary workplace that seeks to inspire, connect and nurture.

Bookings essential, with registration opening 16 July.
