From 1909, they produced Redheads matches here in the Bryant & May factory, a workplace paragon of the time with everything from a dining hall to tennis courts. Now it’s the head office of energy supplier Red Energy and the two working worlds have a strange sense of connection. The interior designed by Carr is simply startling. It’s the kind of office that creates presence and invites, well, energy.
