Our client had obtained naming rights to the landmark State Bank Building in Adelaide. We were appointed to bring together their corporate and SA OA BU offices from many locations in Adelaide. The commission also included installation of skysigns and street signage. The existing assets were assessed for reuse without compromising the design concept for the long-term functionality of the tenancy. Many workstations were reused within the modular layout. This planning approach allows flexibility for change. The building has an unusual triangular footprint and the office areas are separated into three sections around the core. Each apex houses utilities, quiet task areas and informal meeting spaces.
